SHIPPING POLICY

1. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses across India only. We do not ship internationally yet.

2. SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on every order, whatever you buy. Where cash on delivery is offered at checkout, it adds a ₹40 handling fee; paying online has no extra charge.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

Every poster is made to order and printed fresh, so there is a short production step before it ships.

• Dispatched in 2-4 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Delivered in 3-7 business days across India.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote locations, festival seasons, weather and courier delays can add time.

4. CUSTOM POSTERS

We look over every custom image before it goes to print, and printing starts once it is approved. The dispatch time above therefore counts from approval, so a custom poster can take a little longer. If an image cannot be printed well, we will contact you.

5. PACKAGING

Paper posters are rolled and shipped in protective carton tubes. Framed, canvas, acrylic and metal prints ship in rigid packaging to protect them in transit.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check your order status at any time from your profile page after signing in.

7. MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

Items in the same order can be printed in different places and may arrive in separate parcels, on different days. Each parcel has its own tracking link, and you are never charged extra for this.

8. ADDRESS DETAILS

Please check your address, pincode and phone number before you pay, because the courier uses them to reach you. If you need to change them, email us as soon as you can, before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

9. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, see our replacement policy. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
