Our paper posters are printed on 300 GSM art board — thick, sturdy, and fade-proof with OEKO-TEX certified inks. We also offer canvas (poly-canvas on wooden stretcher frame), acrylic (3 mm glossy UV-printed), framed (1" black or white frame with laminated finish), and metal (1 mm aluminium with magnets). Every format is gallery-grade.

Every poster is made to order and typically arrives within 3-7 business days across India. Paper posters ship in protective carton tubes; framed and acrylic prints ship in rigid packaging. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is free on every order, whatever you buy, and there is no minimum order. Where cash on delivery is offered, it adds a ₹40 handling fee; paying online has no extra charge.

Paper posters start at ₹119. The more paper posters you add, the more every poster drops, in any mix of sizes: 15% off at 3 posters, 20% off at 5, 25% off at 10 and 30% off at 20. A triptych counts as three posters toward the total. It is applied automatically at checkout. New customers get 10% off their first order with code FIRST10, with one use per customer. The multi-buy discount and a coupon are not combined, so you always get whichever saves you more.

We'll replace it for free — no questions asked. Just email [email protected] with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a fresh one. We use carton tubes and rigid packaging specifically to prevent this, but if something slips through, we've got you covered.

Paper (300 GSM) is our most affordable option — thick art board, great for stacking a gallery wall. Canvas is stretched over a wooden frame for a museum-style look. Acrylic (3 mm) has a glossy, glass-like finish that makes colors pop. Framed comes ready to hang in a 1" black or white frame. Metal (aluminium) is waterproof with a sleek, modern look. Each format changes the vibe — pick what matches your room.

All sales are final — we don't offer refunds or exchanges. If your poster arrives damaged or defective, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll ship a free replacement. Requests raised after the 7-day window can't be honoured.

Artwork on Shinra Posters is fan art unless stated otherwise. We focus on high-quality compositions that celebrate anime scenes and characters. If you have rights-related questions, feel free to reach out to [email protected].

It depends on where you're hanging it. A5 (5.8 × 8.3 in) works great for desks and shelves. A4 (8.3 × 11.7 in) is ideal for small wall spaces. A3 (11.7 × 16.5 in) and larger sizes like 12×18 and 16×24 are perfect as a statement piece. Use our 'See it on your wall' feature on each product page to visualize the size in a real room.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Yes. On the Custom Poster page, choose a material (paper, framed, canvas, acrylic or metal) and a size, upload your own art or photo, and add it to your cart. We accept JPG, PNG and WebP files up to 25 MB, as long as the image is at least 300 pixels on its short side. There's nothing to crop: just upload your original and we centre it to fit the poster. We adjust the cropping and resolution for the best print, and we may reach out if an image can't be printed well. A custom poster is priced exactly like a catalogue poster of the same material and size, and it counts toward the paper multi-buy discount, free shipping and coupons just like any other poster.

We look over every custom image before it goes to print, adjusting the cropping and resolution for the best result, and printing starts once it's approved. If an image can't be printed well, we'll reach out to you. If we can't print it at all, we cancel the order, email you the reason and refund you in full.

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check your order status anytime from your profile page after signing in.
